Q. When should I expect my merchandise from your store to be delivered?
A. All orders take approximately 2-6 weeks for delivery due to my work schedule and to ensure official authentic autographs.
Q. Can I buy something that's not on the site?
A. If there is a photo on the site that you like, but it is not offered for sale, email me for availability because I might be able to get a special print made for you!
Also, make sure you watch out for my Auctions from time to time for exclusive collectibles — such as wardrobe worn in my photo shoots and unique prints — that are offered one time only!
Q. What if I don't have a credit card? Or — I hate buying online!
A. If you are not comfortable buying online, are having trouble buying online or do not have a credit card, you may download and print my order form and mail it in with a money order or cashiers check to: 7510 Sunset Blvd. #1444, Los Angeles, CA 90046
Q. Can I buy an item even though I live overseas?
A. Yes! I accept international payments and you can also purchase through mail order by downloading my printable order form here.
Q. How will my order charges appear on my billing statement?
A. Your credit card or billing statement will reflect, (NYV Enterprises) as the descriptor for all store orders placed from this site. *On orders purchased before April 21, 2008, billing statement will reflect as (Nat's Adventures).
Q. What is the refund policy for items sold inside the store?
A. Unfortunately, all sales are final and no refunds are given once payment has been made and an order received. Please email me if there are any questions or concerns.
